Our web hosting plan includes the following features:

• 99.9% uptime guarantee to ensure your site remains accessible.

• Free SSL certificate for secure browsing.

• Daily backups to protect your data.

• Security monitoring and firewall protection.

• Unlimited bandwidth to handle traffic efficiently.

• Website maintenance included at no extra cost (for hosted clients only).

This hosting package is managed by us, meaning we take care of server updates, security patches, and routine maintenance.

2. Pricing & Billing

• The hosting plan is available for $50 per month or $520 per year (Save $80).

• Payments are billed in advance and must be made before the next billing cycle.

• Failure to make timely payments may result in temporary suspension or termination of hosting services.

• Hosting fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

3. Data Ownership & Website Responsibility

• You retain full ownership of your website and content.

• We are responsible for server security and maintenance, but clients are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.

• Clients must ensure their website complies with all legal and ethical standards.

4. Hosting Support & Maintenance

• Basic maintenance is included in this plan (software updates, security monitoring, and minor troubleshooting).

• Support requests beyond routine maintenance may be charged separately at our discretion.

• We are not responsible for third-party software, plugins, or services used on the website.

5. Termination & Cancellation

• You may cancel your hosting plan at any time with 30 days’ notice.

• If you choose to cancel, we will provide website files and assist with migration (if requested).

• If hosting is suspended due to non-payment, we will hold your website data for up to 30 days before deletion.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or external security breaches beyond our control.

• Clients are encouraged to maintain their own additional backups.
